The individual mentorship program is aimed at all those interested in exploring Yoga and Mindfulness with a more personalized approach.
The path is ideal both for those who already practice Yoga and want to deepen it, and for those approaching this millenary discipline for the first time. You will have the opportunity to study Yoga with me in its dimensions: body, mind, breath and life force. Then you can put the teachings into practice in your daily life.
We meet once a week for 8 weeks.
Maximum effort is required.
8 one-to-one mentoring meetings of 1 hour, once a week.
Access to 3 online lessons per week for the entire duration of the course for a total of 24 free-choice lessons.
