MINDFULNESS

A Mindfulness practice to develop presence, balance and continuity in everyday life.

Mindfulness is a practice of awareness that invites us to observe with greater clarity what is happening in the body, breath and mind.

It does not mean eliminating thoughts or reaching a particular state, but learning to recognise what is happening as it happens, developing a more conscious relationship with experience.

A Practice for Everyday Life

Awareness is not something to cultivate only during meditation.

It can gradually become a way of inhabiting our experiences, paying attention to the body, breath, emotions, thoughts and our own reactions.

Practice allows us to develop a greater capacity to pause, observe and choose how to respond to what is happening.

From Practice to Continuity

Mindfulness is offered through meditation practices and moments of mindful observation, with the aim of developing a practice that can be progressively integrated into everyday life.

Continuity is a fundamental element: the aim is not simply to experience a technique, but to develop, over time, greater familiarity with our own way of experiencing and responding to life.

MBSR

An Eight-Week Structured Program

MBSR — Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction — is a structured program that guides participants through eight weeks of practice.

The program integrates meditation, body awareness, breathwork and practices to bring into everyday life.

It is designed for those who wish to dedicate a sustained period of time to practice and develop awareness through a progressive and structured journey.
