Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice with thousands of years of indian history. The word Yoga literally means ‘union, integration’ of body and mind.
We live in a society that emphasizes the separation between body and mind.
We usually tend to chase after the past or chase after the future, worrying about a possible future that is not already here, or regretting over a past. Through the Yoga we develop awareness on the present moment while focusing on the asanas or by practicing pranayama.
The Hatha Vinyasa class is focused on flow movements maintaining correct alignment and a right attitude that creates space and opportunities through deep observation of each asana.
