VISHOKA MEDITATION

A progressive meditation practice to develop stability, clarity and inner luminosity.

Vishoka Meditation Logo

Vishoka Meditation is a progressive path of meditation practice within the Himalayan Tradition, rooted in the tradition of Yoga and the teachings of the Yoga Sūtras. The practice was systematized by Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, successor to Swami Rama, and belongs to a contemplative lineage transmitted through generations of Himalayan teachers.

The practice integrates meditation, breath, mantra and inner awareness, guiding practitioners toward greater stability, clarity and awareness, and toward the experience of Vishoka — a dimension of consciousness free from suffering.

As a teacher trained in the Himalayan Tradition and certified in Vishoka Meditation, I continue this lineage of transmission, offering the practice within the broader context of my teaching of Yoga and meditation.

A Progressive Practice

Meditation is not simply a moment to stop or relax.

It is a practice that can be developed over time through the progressive training of attention.

Vishoka Meditation offers a structured path in which practice gradually becomes more stable, precise and profound.

The aim is not to reach a particular state, but to cultivate the conditions through which the mind can become more stable, clear and present.

From Concentration to Meditation

The practice develops progressively through different tools of Yoga:

Concentration
to stabilise attention and reduce mental dispersion.

Prāṇāyāma
to work consciously with the breath and prāṇa.

Meditation
to deepen continuity of attention and the capacity for observation.

Mantra
as a tool for concentration, internalisation and deepening the practice.

These elements are not considered separate techniques, but parts of a continuum of meditative practice.

A Practice to Deepen Over Time

Vishoka Meditation is not intended as an occasional practice.

Continuity allows us to progressively observe the relationship between body, breath, attention and mind, bringing greater stability and clarity into everyday life.

The practice can be deepened according to one’s level of experience, through a gradual and supported path.

Who Is It For?

Vishoka Meditation is for those who wish to:

  • develop a regular meditation practice;
  • deepen concentration and awareness;
  • work with the breath and prāṇa;
  • explore mantra practice;
  • bring greater continuity and structure to their meditation experience.

No advanced meditation experience is required.

The practice is introduced progressively, respecting each person’s level of experience.

How to Practise
